Shipping
At Dust Collective, we take care in packaging and shipping each order with attention to detail and sustainability. Below is our current shipping policy for direct purchases made through our website.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase. Because many of our books are hand-assembled or printed in small batches, occasional delays may occur — especially during new releases, holidays, or artist residencies. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship from New England using USPS (First Class, Media Mail, or Priority Mail) depending on the weight and value of your order. Domestic shipping rate is a $10 flat fee.
International Orders
We offer international shipping whenever possible. International shipping rate is a $25 flat fee. Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
Packaging
We use minimal packaging whenever possible, including recyclable mailers and protective paper wrap. Each book is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once marked as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at emily@dustcollective.net with a photo and description. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order. Please contact us with any concerns.
