Direct Sales + Wholesale Orders
At Dust Collective, we offer both direct sales through our website and selective wholesale partnerships with like-minded bookstores, galleries, and arts organizations. Below is an outline of our sales policies for both individual and wholesale customers.
Direct Sales
Purchasing
Books and other publications are available for purchase directly through our website or in-person at art book events. Quantities are often limited due to the handmade and small edition nature of our work.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. We ship via USPS unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information once your order is processed.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at emily@dustcollective.net, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Wholesale Orders
We are pleased to offer wholesale pricing to a small number of carefully selected stockists.
Pricing
Wholesale orders are offered at a standard trade discount, typically 40–50% off retail, depending on the title and quantity. Some limited editions may not be available for wholesale.
Payment Terms
First-time wholesale customers: Pre-payment is required via invoice.
Returning customers: Net 30 terms available upon approval.
All invoices are issued in USD.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of invoicing and are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship from New England and can provide domestic and international shipping quotes.
Returns
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders except in the case of damaged or defective items. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem with your order.

We reserve the right to review each inquiry individually and only partner with retailers that align with our mission and aesthetic.
Tax-Exempt Organizations
We are happy to work with schools, libraries, museums, and nonprofit organizations that hold tax-exempt status.
How to Place a Tax-Exempt Order
Before placing an order, please email emily@dustcollective.net with:
A copy of your organization’s tax-exempt certificate
A list of desired items and quantities
Shipping and billing information
We will issue a custom invoice that excludes sales tax. Tax-exempt orders must be invoiced manually and cannot be processed directly through the website checkout.
